Un grand merci pour le merveilleux séjour au Passage du génie ce printemps. L’appartement est très accueillant, décoré avec beaucoup de couleurs et de goût, bien situé sur une rue tranquille et près de tout. Le propriétaire est fiable, facile à rejoindre et disponible en cas de soucis. Bref, tout a été pensé pour rendre le séjour confortable!

Really nice small apartment with everything for a week stay, very clean, looks new renovatet. Close to metro station to get to centre of Paris, and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a really nice big park.

L'appartamento Daumesnil è stupendo, si trova in una bellissima e tranquillissima zona collegata benissimo con tutta la città e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari nelle immediate vicinanze. L'appartamento offre tutte le comodità, ed è gestito in maniera eccellente. Samuel è una persona speciale, comprensivo e gentile; ha reso ancora più piacevole il mio breve soggiorno a Parigi. Consiglio a chiunque di alloggiare in questo bellissimo appartamento. Grazie di tutto e a presto!!

Apartamento encantadoramente decorado,confortable y muy bien equipado:todo el menaje,tv,dvd,minicadena,wifi.Muy limpio todo.Supermercado,boulangerie y metro(5paradas hasta el centro) a menos de 3minutos.Persona de contacto muy amable

We stayed July-August. Safe, secure, comfortable, clean and good location. The owner, Samuel, is a bonus. He brought around our lost luggage from Air France. He also made an appointment for me to see a local chiropractor when I had a saw back.

We stayed in the apartment over New Years 2008-09 and it was amazing. The owner met us at the building and waited for us even though we were late getting in. He was very helpful with the metro system and wrote down places for us to go to. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and we would definitely stay there again. It was very clean and had everything you need!
